What a subscription buys
nri.wedding provides both free and paid features. Paid services may include enhanced search, increased communication limits, visibility improvements, verification, compatibility services or premium assistance. Pricing and included features are displayed before purchase.
Where a subscription is purchased for a specified period, access ordinarily expires at the end of that period unless renewed or automatically renewed under terms disclosed before purchase.
What it does not buy
Subscription fees are charged for access to services, not for the achievement of marriage. Failure to receive an acceptable proposal does not automatically create a right to refund.
Any applicable refund rights are governed by the refund policy displayed at purchase and by rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Asking for a refund
Write to hello@nri.wedding with the account address and what went wrong. A person reads it. Where we have plainly failed to provide what was paid for, we would rather refund than argue.
